GAUD++ is an exhibition of each years work of the Graduate Architecture and Urban Design at Pratt Institute, curated by the graduate architecture students themselves. The driver for the 2010 exhibition was to show all 140 projects submitted to the show in an arrangement that would stimulate the viewer in a three-dimentional way. The drawings and images where hung from the ceiling and integrated with a delicate system of mylar funnels of different shapes and scales according to the assigned categories. The models were displayed on cardboard podiums continuing the form of the corresponding funnels above. By angling the lighting into the mylar funnels the whole space was animated with the shadows from the funnels making the otherwise "unused" surfaces an integrated part of the exhibition.
